Refund Policy

  • On all orders that are personalized and customized as per the requirements of the customer, CakesnCakesShop.com won’t accept any cancellations of orders once placed. 
  • It is required by the customer to pay 5% refund charges per order on cancellation.
  • A 1-day cancellation notice for regular cakes and a 2-day cancellation notice for special/large cakes is required.
  • Customers shall mail cancellation requests to [email protected] with a proper subject (cancellation request), order ID, and genuine reason for cancellation. 
  • We will only issue the refund to the card that has been used for the payment of the order. 
  • All refunds will be made within 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation approved. 
  • In case of any extra payment made against an order, we will exchange the extra amount paid with any other products or refund the extra amount in the exact mode in which the payment was received. 
  • It is entirely up to Belly Amy’s choices and policies to change, cancel, refund, or provide any other option to the customer.
