- We will decorate any venue that you have selected and provide us with that location.
- The decoration will resemble the picture depending on your venue and the dimensions.
- Customers can add or remove any product according to their preferences.
- We use air to blow the balloons and fix them with masking tape or cello tape, which is easily removable.

- Customers can select the colour of any product as per their choice.
- Customers can use these decorations for any event as per their preferences.
- The client must provide personal equipment, like a ladder, stools, etc., depending upon the venue for efficient decoration.
- Customers must ensure a constant power supply for timely service
- If decoration service is required in a commercial venue ensure that permission and authorisation are pre-arranged for decoration to be set up.
- Cleaning is not included in the service. Cleaning the venue before and after the service is not part of the decoration service provided.
- If there are any delays from the customer’s side, a late fee or penalty will be applied as per the time.
- The decoration team will not wait for more than 30 minutes at the location from the time slot chosen by the customer. If not responded quickly the service will be deemed delivered and no refund or rescheduling will be available.
- Delivery Information: Our decorators will come to your desired location at a mutually decided time and set up your venue just as the picture selected. If not a private property, please gain permission beforehand. There will be no refund or rescheduling if the delivery has been attempted. The decoration team will not wait for more than 30 minutes at the location from the time slot chosen by the customer. If not responded quickly the service will be deemed delivered and no refund or rescheduling will be available.
