- All our cakes are made with passion & love. Since each chef has their own way of baking & designing a cake, there could be variation in the design of the cake. Also, pictures and colors cannot be replicated owing to the difference in resolutions, quality, and edit modes.
- Online orders will be accepted if the minimum order amount is Rs 500. (Not including delivery charges).
- Delivery Information: Our delivery is convenient and fast, as cakes are easily perishable items.
- We follow all health and safety protocols while delivering keeping hygiene in mind.
- Our Cakes will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before 12PM; for all orders after 12PM, cakes will be delivered the next day.
- For custom and designer cakes, we request that you order a day ahead, it takes about 12-24 hours to freshly prepare and deliver customised cakes once an order is placed.
- However, if the fresh cakes are available in the inventory, we will deliver them on the same day.
- Our chefs handcraft our cakes so the design can vary from the picture slightly when ordered.

- Care Instructions: The cake tastes best if served at room temperature and taken out of the refrigerator at least 1-2 hours before serving.
- Once cut, a cake should be consumed within 1 - 2 days. Store the cut cake in an airtight container at room temperature.
- If the cake needs to be stored for longer. You can place it in an airtight box wrap it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator to prevent drying.
- Cakes can become soggy if stored and placed in a humid environment, so it is advised to store the cake in a cool and dry place.
- Cakes with figurines and cakes with more than 1 tier have wooden skewers and toothpicks attached for support, ensure to be careful of these items while serving the cake.

Truly yummy! This cake was so good with the picture, I could taste the premium ingredients of this cake and I loved the fact that this cake was not too sweet. It had a perfect balance of cream and sponge of cake and it was not at all heavy like other cakes. Loved this and will surely eat it again!

Delicious! This cake was truly a value for money deal. The soft and spongy layers of cake and sweet cream was really a nice combination. I will surely order photo cakes again from it anytime i will need a cake! lovely!

Stunning! Gave this cake to a friend on his engagement. The taste of this cake made everyone eat it. With a cute picture of the couple on top, this cake was no doubt the best gift I have ever seen. Loved it!
